1. INTRODUCTION

By accessing or using the services provided by FightMatchmaking.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (the “Terms” or “Agreement”). This includes our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Professional Safety Tips. Please read this Agreement carefully before creating an account.

PLEASE REVIEW THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS IN SECTION 15. THESE GOVERN HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND BOUTCARD LLC (OPERATING AS FIGHTMATCHMAKING.COM) WILL BE HANDLED, INCLUDING A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.

Welcome to FightMatchmaking.com, operated by BoutCard LLC. By using our Website, mobile application, or any associated platforms, you represent that you understand this platform is a professional tool for the combat sports industry to facilitate matchmaking and talent scouting.

2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

To create an account on FightMatchmaking.com, you must meet the following criteria:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
You are a professional/amateur fighter, promoter, matchmaker, coach, or authorized representative of a combat sports entity.
You are legally qualified to enter into a binding contract.
You have not been previously removed from our Service for violations of our terms.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding your identity, weight class, fight record, and professional credentials.
Maintain the security of your login credentials.
Treat other members (fighters and promoters) with professional courtesy.

You agree NOT to:

Misrepresent your fight record, professional status, or medical eligibility.
Use the platform to solicit money for purposes unrelated to sanctioned combat sports bouts.
Harass, bully, or mistreat other users.
Use automated bots or “scrapers” to mine data from our professional directory.

3. CONTENT

3a. Your Content: You are solely responsible for the photos, fight footage, and records you upload. By posting “Your Content,” you grant FightMatchmaking.com a license to host and display this data so that promoters and matchmakers can find you. You represent that you own the rights to any footage you upload.

3b. Member Content: You may access the profiles of other fighters or promoters. This content belongs to them. You may only use this information for the intended purpose of the platform: organizing sanctioned bouts and professional networking. Commercial “scraping” or spamming of our members is strictly prohibited.

3c. Our Content: FightMatchmaking.com owns the design, logos, and code of the platform. You may not copy our “Professional Ecosystem” branding or interface.

4. INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT & REPORTING

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent promoters or “fake” fighters. If you encounter a user misrepresenting themselves or engaging in unprofessional conduct, you must report them immediately via the “Report” button on their profile. We reserve the right to ban any user who compromises the integrity of the matchmaking process.

5. PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your professional data and location information for the purpose of matchmaking.

6. RIGHTS GRANTED TO YOU

FightMatchmaking.com grants you a personal, worldwide, revocable license to use our platform to build your professional profile, join networking groups, and secure fight opportunities.

7. RIGHTS YOU GRANT TO US

By creating a profile, you grant FightMatchmaking.com the right to display your fight highlights, photos, and records to potential promoters and matchmakers. This is necessary for the “Scouting” and “Discovery” features of the platform to work.

8. PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

We may offer premium features (such as “Verified Athlete” status or “Promoter Pro” tools).

Automatic Renewal: If you purchase a subscription, it will renew automatically at the end of the period unless you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Generally, all purchases are non-refundable except where required by specific state laws (see Section 21).

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You can delete your account at any time. FightMatchmaking.com also reserves the right to terminate your account without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, misinformed a matchmaker, or engaged in illegal activity.

10. NO MEDICAL OR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION

FIGHTMATCHMAKING.COM IS A CONNECTIVITY PLATFORM, NOT A SANCTIONING BODY.

We do not verify the medical fitness, bloodwork, or neurological health of fighters.
It is the sole responsibility of the Promoter and the Local Athletic Commission to verify that a fighter is medically fit to compete.
We make no guarantees regarding the veracity of a user’s reported record. Always verify records via official databases (e.g., BoxRec, MixedMartialArts.com) before finalizing a contract.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightMatchmaking.com (BoutCard LLC) shall not be liable for any injuries, financial losses, or canceled events resulting from connections made on the platform. We provide the “handshake,” but the parties involved are responsible for the “contract.”

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any legal dispute arising from your use of this platform will be resolved through Binding Individual Arbitration in accordance with the rules of National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM). You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any claims not subject to arbitration shall be litigated exclusively in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
